Car Servicing and Maintenance in Bundaberg, QLD
What is included
What Is Included in Our Car Servicing and Maintenance
- We ask what the vehicle is used for and how many kilometres it has done, since a work ute and a school-run car wear differently.
- The engine oil and the oil filter are changed, using the oil grade that suits the engine.
- The air filter and the cabin filter are pulled out and checked before we decide whether they need changing.
- Brake pads, discs and brake fluid are checked at every wheel.
- Tyres are checked for wear pattern and pressure, and every belt and hose is looked over.
- The coolant level and condition, the battery terminals and the lights are checked.
- Anything worn or leaking found along the way is written down with its position, so you can choose what to do about it.
- You are told what was done and what we would watch before the next visit.
Why us
Why Choose Us for Car Servicing and Maintenance?
Accountable for every job, long after the day
Every car servicing and maintenance job is done by the people who will still be here next year.
Tested and signed off before we leave
Everything we touch on your car servicing and maintenance is tested before we go, you get walked through exactly what was done.
Local automotive mechanics, not a call centre
An automotive mechanic answers the phone and the same faces come back if the job runs over a day.
How the job runs
Why we check the whole car and not only the oil
Tell us about the car
Give us the make, the year and roughly what the odometer says, and tell us how the car is used. Say if anything has been bothering you, a noise or a warning light, so we can look at it while the car is here. Our early drop-off service can be asked about when you book.
What we will do, in writing
Before work starts you hear what the service includes and what will only be checked. Extra jobs we find are listed apart from the service, so you choose which ones to approve.
Service day and handover
The car goes on the hoist, the service is done in order, and the extras you approved follow. When you collect it we go through what was done and what we saw.
