Wheel Alignments in Bundaberg, QLD
What is included
What Is Included in Our Wheel Alignments
- The vehicle is driven onto the rack and the tyre pressures are set before any measuring.
- Wheel arms, tie rod ends and ball joints are checked by hand for play before alignment.
- Sensors clamp onto each wheel and read camber, caster and toe against the vehicle's own settings.
- Tyre wear is checked across the tread, since inner or outer wear shows which angle has drifted.
- Adjustments are made at the tie rods and, where the vehicle allows, at the cam bolts.
- The steering wheel is centred on a straight run, not just on the rack.
- Readings are taken again after the adjustments so the final figures are the ones on record.
- You are shown the before and after readings and told what we could and could not adjust.
Why us
Why Choose Us for Wheel Alignments?
Accountable for every job, long after the day
Every wheel alignment job is done by the people who will still be here next year.
Tested and signed off before we leave
Everything we touch on your wheel alignment is tested before we go, you get walked through exactly what was done.
Local automotive mechanics, not a call centre
An automotive mechanic answers the phone and the same faces come back if the job runs over a day.
How the job runs
Why worn parts come before the angles
Telling us how it drives
Ring and tell us what you feel. Does it pull left, wander on the highway, or sit with the steering wheel off-centre? Tell us if the tyres are wearing on one edge. We ask whether you have hit a pothole or a kerb lately, because that can bend a part.
Measuring before adjusting
We put the vehicle on the rack and take readings first. If a ball joint or bush is loose, no alignment will hold, so we say so before any adjusting starts. You hear what the readings show and what needs fixing first, then you choose.
Adjusting and handover
We adjust what can be adjusted, then recheck the readings and take it for a short drive. At handover we show you the figures from before and after, and tell you plainly if one setting could not be brought fully in.
